How much each exchange lets anyone see of its traders' results, from the outside, with no special access. A grade describes data access only: it says nothing about the exchange itself, or about any trader on it.

On a closed exchange we can't read a board of traders. Where a row links to it, a trader there can still prove their own record with a read-only key. An exchange that starts publishing trader data moves up at the next review.
